My first fight is in a month and I just injured my ribs.

Took a few liver shots yesterday and I didn’t feel it through class. Finished with hard sparring and everything. I performed well. But after as I got home I could definitely tell that it was beginning to hurt. Now that I’m up and moving around this morning, this fucker really hurts. I remember trying to stretch in bed last night and hearing a little pop that sounded like cartilage from where my ribs hurt. But anyway wtf am I gonna do!?

Edit: I’ll get an xray tomorrow morning but I feel pretty confident that my ribs are not broken. Also who tf downvotes this post? What is wrong with you...
