I'm 165lbs at 5'10" and I am definitely skinny fat. I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about training Muay Thai, BJJ, *and* starting weight training. It's looking like I will be able to train BJJ and Muay Thai about 3 times per week each on rotating days. My question is around integrating weight training into the mix. I care more about size and aesthetics than I do about the strength (to an extent, of course). I'm having trouble figuring out what routine would best compliment MMA and work best for my schedule.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
