Hey so I’m just starting to train Muay Thai recently. I did MMA for about 5 years and had three fights so I have some experience but that was 10 years ago now. At 30 years old my build is quite a bit different as I’ve just been lifting heavy the last 8-9 years, so while I used to fight at 155 (I’m 5’9) I’m now about 215. I’m trimming up right now as I’m doing lots of cardio but I think even if I get my body fat really low I’d still be maybe 195, so everyone I’d be fighting is obviously way taller than me. Is there some fighters I can watch to help change my style?
Thanks in advance, and I appreciate any other tips. I’m not gonna be pro or anything I just wanna get better
