Back after a long hiatus
Post Body
I trained MMA for roughly for years and I stopped 10 years ago. I’m gonna start training Muay Thai again next week and im ecstatic. I’m curious if anyone has tips for some after a long break? Also I’ve been lifting hard for about 8 years now so I’ll have to adapt to fighting/sparring people much taller than me so if you know of any shorter/dense Muay Thai guys I can watch I would appreciate it. Thanks!
