New to the sport, started a little over a month ago and my biggest struggle Iโve noticed is lack of flexibility in my hips. Iโve always had tight hips and so ive found it difficult for me to lift my leg high and turn over kicks properly. Iโm wanting to help loosen things up via stretching, like a routine I can do daily. Does anyone have a routine or set of stretches they like to do that will help improve and expedite hip flexibility to help improve kicks and knees? Thanks ๐๐ป
Do lots of hip flexor strengthening and lengthening. Also, stretch your hamstrings like crazy.
Kneesovertoesguy on YT has plenty of exercises that have completely transformed my flexibility and have definitely translated to Muay Thai.

Best of luck!
