HP circlet on Mualani

Is there anyone other than me who uses HP circlet on her? After every mix of builds I did, even with crit damage circlet, this does more damage but I made sure to keep the HP as high as possible to be somewhat comparable.
Also, I need a better sands. Just waiting for the next patch so I can use the transmuter ಥ‿ಥ
