I haven’t rewatched this season since it aired. I remember LOVING the start of the season with the targeting of vets and the cutthroat game Kam & Leroy were playing. Buuutt once everyone got skulls I feel the season really lost agency and got super boring. And what sucked even more was Leroy’s devastating loss that I can’t help but blame on Nany.
I was just randomly on Paramount and saw the season was on the app, and so I’ve gradually found myself on a rewatch. And wow, I’m still really pissed that Leroy didn’t win!
I do blame him getting a bit too comfortable, as once he and Kam both got their skulls they should’ve went guns blazing towards tossing CT in every single chance they got, and slowly plan on getting each other as partners by the time the final came around. But alas, CT has some sort of real-world plot armor that worked overtime for him that season. Wondering if anyone else has done a rewatch and if your feelings have changed or stayed the same?
Side note: I also still dislike the whole rogue agent aspect, and the fact that there wasn’t at least a real “double agent” component of the game that involved skull stealing with a finite amount of skulls .
