Thoughts on switching to Progesterone?

Post Body

Hi all,

I hope this doesn't read as skirting the "no medical advice" question. I'm more asking yall what you would do in my situation without me laying out like medical data - yall are lovely but I'm going to keep those charts to myself.

Rather, here's the situation: I've been transitioning for 2 years now. Seen nice growth in places but some developments are slow going. My endo has been, we'll call it, "hands off" having only seen me 3 times in 2 years. I've been on Estradiol and Spiro the whole time. My 4th visit with him is in February.

I've heard that Progesterone has better results and by and large is the more stable medicine.

Would you lean on your endo to switch to Progesterone or stay the course?
