So I'm currently on Estradiol Valerate and I'm about to change my insurance to a new one that covers srs and will be pursuing that within the year. For some reason the new insurance does not cover Estradiol Valerate but does cover Estradiol Cypionate. That is all and well but I have seen on here that shortages of that liquid gold tend to be quite often so in the event that I had to switch to gel or patches for the months that Cypionate were unavailable, which is the better option. I am fine with the mess and other logistical issues that both happen. In terms of effectiveness in feminization what is the consensus on which is better delivering the most of amount of E while being stable?
