Estradiol: Sublingually or Orally?

I just met with my doctor today and asked her whether I should take my estrogen tablets (2×2mg daily) orally or sublingually, and she said there isn't any confirmed difference between the two methods, and so it shouldn't really matter which one I choose.
I guess I'd just like to hear some anecdotal experiences, do you take yours orally, sublingually, or some combination of the two? I've been taking mine orally, and have heard sublingual is better, so please let me know what your experiences are.
