Sort of a weird hrt question

So this is mainly abt breasts and boobs so basically I’ve gained weight over the time and it’s caused me to have what I call “man boobs” and here’s where the weird part comes in because they are uneven like one is bigger than the other, my question is will that affect my boob growth when I decide to start hrt or will something different happen? I’m just honestly curious for the future
