I'm so lost

I just turned 18 a couple days ago, and I thought my life would immediately start improving for some reason, but I'm still a fat, ugly, hairy, man and I just don't know what to do. My amazing friend actually bought me some estradiol of hrt cafe, but I'm too scared to start it cause I'm not out to my parents and probably never will be, idek if they're phobes but I assume they are and cant convince myself not to. I just am begging for help cause I have no idea what I'm supossed to do next. :^(
