Hey folks, I had a quick question regarding exercise. I haven’t really enjoyed exercise since (probably?) puberty, neither wanting to get huge muscles nor enjoying, y’know, feeling my body move. I have forced myself to exercise here and there, because it’s been pretty thoroughly ingrained into me that my self-esteem issues can only be due to my excess belly fat, right?
Anyways, I was wondering what kinds of exercise y’all like to do? I started bouldering/climbing in the last year, it’s pretty fun! But I’d like to know what kinds of things I can/could do to help myself along as I explore what I want my body to look like? Any pitfalls I should watch out for/avoid? I’m cursed with a very masculine frame (HUGE ribs) so I want to help myself along however I can.
