Came out to my family yesterday

It went about as well as I could have hoped. They had a lot of questions, as I expected they might, but put in a good effort to use my proper name and be supportive. My brother also asked if this meant our parents would stop accidentally referring to him by my birthname.
I'm still phasing my coming out process, but this feels like a really big weight off my back.
