What have been peoples experiences with trying to lose weight while on HRT.
I am decently overweight and I am working on trying to lose that excess body fat. But it will be in no way a fast undertaking. I am wondering if HRT will make losing weight harder. And if that’s the case Ima need to put off starting HRT till I reach a comfortable weight range.
