How do I get my HRT from pharmacy?

I got prescribed estradiol through Planned Parenthood, and the doctor told me my prescription was filled but I haven't been sent anything informing me about whether it has arrived/when it would. The appointment was two days ago. Should I just go to the pharmacy I had them send it to? I know I just need my insurance card and payment once I'm there. I just don't know what the state of my meds are.
