Trying to stay positive 7.5 months in

I’ve been on HRT since June 7th and I can’t stop feeling like there’s no point. I look in the mirror and I can’t see any changes. I know it’s not healthy, but I look at other people on the same time frame as me, and they have changed so much. I was 34 and 225 when I started and I just feel like it’s too late for me to actually achieve any changes. I don’t know, maybe I’m just venting.
