So being the nerd I am, me and a few friends (both cis, one male one female) got together to go hard and grind as many shiny Pokémon in Pokémon go for community weekend.

So I got picked up around 2, and we left for the grinding spot downtown. I’m still very new to dressing female in public, I do it every week at my hobby shop and around my friends, but rarely in public. So I have a pair of slim cut jeans, a shark bite blouse with a bra on underneath. Almost immediately I get some looks and stares. I can feel them on me. But I shake it off and know im out and about for one reason. Pokémon.

The day quickly becomes night and we find ourselves in Starbucks for a break. We order and this girl comes up to me and my female friend, and she compliments her on her pikachu hat and pretty sequin T-shirt. Then without hesitation turns to me and says my blouse is very pretty. WAIT, WHAT? Did someone just compliment me???? A complete stranger nonetheless. That made me super happy, even though I know I don’t pass and easily had a 5 o’clock shadow going even though I just shaved. My friend was very excited for me and it just made me feel great.

But it doesn’t end there. About an hour later we stop at a gas station and I had to use the restroom. There was only Male and Female, no single occupancy. So I said screw it and used the woman’s restroom. I did my business and was out. Nothing special but it was the first time I had ever used my preferred genders restroom. That just made me feel on cloud 9 and thought the night was perfect, but I’m not done. No ma’am, Emma’s on a roll tonight.

Got to the counter to pay for a drink, and the cashier told me “have a goodnight ma’am” and before I could even relish in this male-fail moment, I held the door for an older gentleman, and he said “thank you miss”. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW💖💖💖 not one but TWO people saw me as female. That made my night completely.

I haven’t even been to sleep yet, but I can’t sleep with all this excitement!!!

Oh and fuck Larvitar and Cyndiquil I must have caught/checked easily 100 of each and no shiny. Screw them lol.
