Did I make a mistake changing my IDs before the administration?
Post Body

I did it because I was told it would be a good idea. I live in New Hampshire, and I changed the gender marker on my passport, drivers license, and social security. Canā€™t on birth certificate because that requires ā€œsex changeā€.

However, did not change my name yet. And Iā€™m only 4 months HRT and donā€™t pass at all. So Iā€™m still boymoding.

Iā€™m worried Iā€™ll get put in jail, at least temporarily, if I get pulled over by a cop. Or Iā€™ll get stopped at the airport when I go to Seattle on vacation in a month. Should I start jumping into girlmoding and just try my best to convince everyone Iā€™m a tall, deep voiced, broad shouldered, large bellied and small chested woman with a male name? Should I look into changing my ids back for safety?

Yeah thing is I knew my name but didnā€™t change it yet because I didnā€™t want to go to court.

No. Just gender. This was only a few weeks ago. Donā€™t you need to go to court for name change?
