5 months hrt as of the 17th and omfg when did 2L bottles get SO heavy‽ like, my mum brought shopping in and I went to lift a bottle of juice… my whole arm was fucking SHAKING, like holy shit when did that happen? 🤣

Yeah I was a couch potato before. The only reason I would think I'd have a lot of muscle is just like the simple state of being overweight (340 before I started HRT have moved down to 330) does require a good bit of muscle beneath the fat just to be able to like move around and stuff.
