I’ve just started on hormones and am still having so much dysphoria. How do I do this? I’ve been having so much dysphoria about my appearance with a combo of my pudge here and there and my blue collar muscle making me so BULKY and WIDE. Those who have experience with this, how do you do it? I’m not necessarily heavier either; 5’9 and stay around 150 to 160, but would like to get to around 130. So more around an average starting point.
Also I would prefer to keep counting calories far far farrr away from this only due to past reasons.
Pick up an athletic hobby you want to get good at. It’ll both give you a workout and encourage you to live healthier in general to get better at it. It’s what I did with judo.
