Workout tips?

Can anyone give me recommendations on a decent workout routine and stretches to help build booty and open up my hip flexors? My hip mobility and butt dimples are a massive course of dysphoria for me and I figure I need to actually do something about it. Problem is gyms are scary and a lot of the information online is pretty confusing. I know squats are a good place to start but I'm convinced I'm doing them wrong because my quads are mega weak after about 50 and I feel nothing in my butt, plus they hurt my lower back? Any advice would be more than appreciated ❤️

From what I know squats are mostly a quad thing. If you want a glute workout do deadlifts. Also make sure to not curve your spine. If you feel tension in your spine you’re prob doing something wrong.
