So i have been growing my hair out for almost a year, and i didnt really see it becoming like a womans hair. I wanted long hair so i could have nice flowing braids, but my hair type is very curly and always becomes short. Yesterday i went to a hair salon, and the nice lady spent almost an hour setting up my hair, next thing i know she has a STRAIGHTING IRON, i was scared it was going to mess up my curl pattern, but it actually made my hair the exact thing i wanted :3. Then, she put it into corn rows, AND MY YEAR OF GROWING IT OUT PAID OFF, i now have longer than shoulder length ends to my cornrow, and even though its small its very euphoric to me :)
