Am I lactating?

So preface, I’m not on any hormones yet. But I recently got some nipple suckers to try to make mine a little bigger and I’ve noticed I leak a fair amount of liquid into them out of my nipples. It’s about a teaspoons worth and clear. would love any help with this
Also, it’s me kind of hoping that my body is just naturally making enough oestrogen for this to happen
