Hey girls,

I'm coming up on 9 months of HRT. I've been taking 100mg Spiro and worked my way up to 8mg Estradiol in pill form that I swallow (sublingual never worked for me). I also started 100mg oral Progesterone around the 6 month mark.

I've seen some decent results so far, generally kind of around the "norm" for this long on HRT. However, I've really been thinking of switching to injections. I've read plenty of stories from others how much of a difference it made for them, and the convenience of once/twice a week vs. taking pills every day. I think the only caveat for me is getting past the nerves I have around injecting myself. I'm not afraid of needles but don't enjoy the thought of having to do it myself.

All in all I just wanted to get some input from y'all who have done oral, injections, and especially those of you who have done both. How does your regiment help you, and if you did switch, what differences did it make?
