Does suction/cupping therapy help with nipple/areola growth and breast growth

I've been wanting to make sure I have good breast growth and at the same time I am nervous because I have very small nipples and areolas. I do plan in the future to get a BA but I want to do as much as I can with HRT and all of the tricks before then. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
