I started hrt almost 5 years ago and was off and on it over those 5 years. I was trying to do it all by myself no support system no therapy. Well due to medical I have been off of it for 13 months. I’m going to officially start again today, hopefully. This time around I’m developing a support system. Not only do I meet with a therapist but my dr to restart hrt. I didn’t realize I missed my smile and me so much!!!
