I want to date someone older, but I’m not sure if it’s okay.
Post Body

For context, I’m in my early 30s. However, the type of guys I’m into are between their 40s and 50s. I’m at point where I want to have a more secured life, but still have some occasional fun. I’ve been lucky to find a few older guys online who are that kind of type. However, what catches my interest in them is that they’re more confident with expressing themselves and the power dynamic feels so right with me. I’m pretty submissive and I see older men as more dominant.

I’ve been interested in dating someone older, but I’m not sure if feels okay. Part of me says it’s for a thrill while another side of me says it’s what I really want. I’m old enough to make this decision now, but are there things I should keep a lookout for in case I want to avoid disappointment?

Comments

I think if you’re in your 30s you’re old enough so people won’t think it’s weird unless he’s like 70.
