I have been exploring options to get hrt started in a timely manner. As there is a shitty long waiting list for anything treatment related in my country.

A post I commented on somewhere a few months ago got me some info and basically if I get the doctors referral it would take 2 plus years to get hrt. Currently they are processing those who signed up during covid.

Was considering going with the gender gp system for international patients. But have heard some bad things lately regarding service in the UK where they are based .

So I would like some recommendations for places I can get good hrt stuff without too much risk of conterminants or bad quality. Heard someone mention Portugal or Spain for this? Prescription free.
