Hey,
So I live in the UK, I'm 23, and have been on DIY HRT for a little over two months, though ill be seeing an endocrinologist and hopefully getting a prescription soon.
I'm very lucky as my parents work for a US firm which gives me full medical insurance until I'm 25 - and it covers gender affirming care, including FFS.
Unfortunately, i turn 24 soon which means I have a little over a year to use my insurance and I'm concerned that i wont have spent long enough on HRT for this to be a good decision.
So my question is it really necessary to have spent a full year on HRT or can I do the FFS surgery at maybe the 6 ~ 9 month mark
