When I had my psych evaluation in November last year I told the doctor that I might have gender dysphoria and she said that she would put in a referral to see a specialist for a proper diagnosis, I haven't heard anything regarding the referral since and I'm getting nervous and scared that I won't get any treatment for my gender dysphoria.

I live in Missouri, which is freaking me out for a variety of other reasons. What can I do to help with my fears of possibly not being able to be what I want to be in my heart?
