Prior to transitioning I was on Minoxidil for several years to prevent further hair loss. Now I know that I the main thing Minoxidil does is reduce DHT production, which my HRT should also be doing, so in theory I should no longer need it to prevent hairloss. But I also know that the typical line people throw out around it is that if you stop taking Minoxidil you'll lose the hair it was helping to keep/regrow, and so thus far I've been terrified of discontinuing its use for fear of losing some of my hair

Have any of you girls run into this situation? Did you experience any notable hairloss after stopping Minoxidil use for a while or did everything remain stable?
