Subq belly injection blood?

So I injected today and have been for a month now. I pulled out the needle after injecting all my medication and blood came out like drops of it I quickly put a bandage over it and noticed very very small dots of blood in my syringe after. I’m scared that I didn’t get my full dosage now did I? So did I get my fully injection amount? I’m worrying a lot. 1/4 of the white patch on the bandaid is almost all red. Will I be fine and will I get my full dosage
