I had two rounds of FFS with Dr. Ranganathan at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and I could not be happier. She is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. She listened to all of my concerns, laid out the potential complications and benefits, and she put me completely at ease.

My first series of surgeries (upper face) were in March of 2023. I was immensely happy with the results, so I scheduled my second series (chin and jaw) for August 2023. The recovery from the second series of surgeries was much harder as my face swelled quite a lot. However, it resolved itself within several weeks. All of my scars are practically invisible to the point that my friend looked at them and whispered, “witchcraft”

I had not seen the one common (negative) review of Dr. Ranganathan until after my surgery, and I am glad I did not see it beforehand because it might have scared me away. I recommended her to my wife, and she also had surgery with Dr. Ranganathan and is also happy with her results.

With that said, I can only speak to my own experience, but I cannot praise Dr. Ranganathan and her work highly enough.
