I've noticed that in a lot of the before/after pics on r/transtimelines a lot of peoples' noses look drastically different in the after pics, even in posts that specifically mention not getting any kind of FFS. This has been really interesting and encouraging to me, as I always thought my own nose was waaaay too big and masculine looking and that nothing short of a nose job could fix it. But even after just 6 months on hormones I've found that the end of my nose looks significantly less round and bulbous than it did at the start!

How much have y'all noticed your noses change in the course of transitioning? Is there anyone who thought that they would 100% need FFS to pass due to their nose, and ended up feeling good about the way it turned out from HRT alone?
