Hello so I just jumped to 6mg estradiol daily previously being 4mg. I was told to take 2 tablet in the morning and a tablet in the evening. I am wondering should I take the 2 tablets in the morning both at the same exact time or should I let the first one dissolve and then take that second one? Just wondering what would be better?
