“Girl Horny” after only a week?

I’ve been on feminizing hrt (50 mg spiro and 2 mg E) for just over a week and I’ve been feeling this weird warmth in sort of the pit of my stomach when aroused and my orgasms are already a bit different than they used to be. Also seem to have stopped getting as many morning erections. Is it possible to feel these changes this soon or is this just in my head?
