Noteworthy breast growth one month in?

Hi! I was here to ask either for a better subreddit to ask this in or just a few questions.

Basically, I was told with estrodial that it would take up to three months to see any noteworthy breast development.

While I am very thin with little to no fat and no muscle really, I am already noticing significant breast growth. Should I be concerned at all at one month? Or maybe it happy news?

Like, do I have straight up boobs? No. But do I definitely have the base of it starting and fat forming in the area? Definitely.
