Should I wait for more breasts development before getting a BA

I've been on HRT for 10 months, I know it is still very early but I really feel like my boobies aren't willing to grow anymore and the reason I thought this is because the sensitivity and pain (sign of growth) had stopped for a while now. Should I wait for the "possibility" of them having a random growth again in the future or just accept my Asian genetics and get a BA when I hit the 1 year mark from HRT.
