How does diet/exercise affect breast growth on HRT

I myself am on Spiro, estradiol, progesterone. About to start injections but my diet is super strict under 1200 calories a day and i don’t have much body fat. How will this all affect my own ability to see any growth; what is your own experience with dieting and exercise while on HRT.
