i’ve heard some people say that estrogen monotherapy works at suppressing t for them, and what i’m really concerned about is how someone mentioned spiro within the first 3-6 months can actually inhibit your full potential of breast growth. I already have both estradiol and spiro and today was my first day (and night) taking both. It feels like a hassle to get in touch with my provider so should i continue as instructed or stop taking spiro?
