My transphobic coworker was misgendering me behind my back...

And he got fired!
Good day. Especially being a teacher in a conservative district- I'm a student teacher and my cooperating teacher was out for surgery so a subsitute had to come in. He was really aggressive to me and talking frequently behind my back. However, my CT found out and it rippled throughout admin- had admin and many teachers checking in on me and now the subsitute is not allowed in the school anymore.
