Hey yall! I’m headed up Baker tomorrow and I’m curious on how the road conditions have been. I’ve seen posts in the past week about slick spots and cars ditched, but was curious about any updates.

I just got a new (to me) FWD car and brand new all season tires and I haven’t had much snow driving experience with it yet. I have snow socks just in case I need em, but figured I’d ask the professional mountain drivers here.

For reference I’ve done quite a bit of snow driving, but going up baker in the winter always makes me a little nervous.

For reference I have a 2015 Golf GTI, and brand new continental extremecontact DWS06 tires. I’ll be headed up in the morning hopefully.
