There is a specter haunting Mount Augusta, and that is the specter of empty plots and plots with shitty placeholders built on them that prevent good Augustans from making legitimate, economy stimulating and culture improving builds, Therefore I propose the following change to the constitution Arcitcle II. section B. pertaining to derecliction.
v. Objections made by the owner of the property which is having dereliction attempted upon cannot be overruled. unless:
a) The plot is generally unimproved and a judge rules that it is more likely than not that the owner does not intend on building on it in a reasonable time frame
or
b) The plot is generally unimproved and a judge rules that it is more likely than not that the owner intends to sell, barter or otherwise transfer the property for profit.
