I'd like to propose a potential bill that inhibits development over areas in MTA that are legally considered "natural landmarks". Within this initial bill, I'd like to introduce MTA Midtown's river (that has sugarcane planted all around it) as a natural landmark that cannot be replaced or developed upon, for the sake of maintaining the natural beauty of this land we have chosen to settle in. I'd also like for a bill like this to have the ability to be amended so that people may add new natural landmarks through new bills or referendums.
