I intend on building a store that sells many goods, typically consumer durables as well as some intermediate goods used to make items and recipes. I have noticed a supply gap in certain goods from my travels to other cities and market areas and I intend on filling that gap.

If I acquire this plot and put it to good use I am confident that people will become more attracted to Mount Augusta given the unique buying opportunities which will be found at my store. I already run a small store on my house plot and that has seen some success. I believe that with a bigger and more prominently located store I can increase my sales as well as my offerings and positively add to our urban character. I have run successful stores in the past, notably my multiple IxMart locations in Civ2.0, which were known for their consistent stock of goods.
