Hi! I'm derelicting stuff! Alongside each thing I'll specify my plans for it/why I'm derelicting it because I don't believe in walls of derelictions without clear causes or plans. Please specify which dereliction you're objecting to.

- Medwedian Dick Road Median, intend to tear down and clear the space
- HJE Embassy, idk loot it? Let people tear down chunks around where they want to live?
- This tank is actually on my land. I own the belowground portion and gave the above ground portion to Figasaur and Cr0c to build the monument on. I don't plan to demolish the tank, I just want to make sure I can maintain total ownership over my land. TL;DR tank is staying, I just want to confirm my ownership of the space in totality.
- Marcus Tower is in a bit of a state. I don't have plans to tear it down; rather, I intend to maintain it. As it is, it's unmaintained, has some obby grief in it that's been there forever, and just really could use some maintenance to keep up tenancy. I do plan to allow tenants who already live in it to stay if I can get a hold of them to verify they're still alive/if they can contact me. (Discord: @Crushtoe#5873) Besides eviction of inactive tenants, I plan to just clean grief and try to get people to move in.
- This is the unknown apartment building. No real plans for it besides straight up tearing it down.
