Crimeo will grant a permanent lease to DCHERO over his land contained within the above bounding co-ordinates. This means that DCHERO has the right to use and enjoy this land, and to exclude others from it.

In return, the pyramid of the vault within said land will be legally owned and have its group ownership held solely by DCHERO. Also in return, the spike of the vault will be legally owned solely by DCHERO, and access to the spike will not be given to parties other than current Mayors, current Judges, jecowa and DCHERO. The overriding exception is that even if citylion is one of the aforementioned parties, he will not have access.

Crimeo confirms he is legally capable of conferring these rights and that he has not divested any of his land he previously owned within the co-ordinates prior to this contract.
