sup gamers, I'm just fixing typos and other meaningless errors, nothing too drastic.

CMA§II.B, Creation of new laws

ii. ii. No law may be created that targets a group or individual or that sets differing standards of behavior or punishment for a group or individual. No law may be applied retroactively, except for bills granting amnesty. Any law violating this section shall be invalid.

Explanation: Formatting error apparently "ii." appears twice ???

iii. Movements to repeal or amend any law may be proposed by any eligible registered voter of the state of Mount Augusta. Such proposals shall be subject to a popular vote to determine passage. A majority of at least two-thirds of all votes cast shall be needed for passage. Amnesty bills, if passed, have their effects limited to the following. For previously criminal acts for which amnesty is granted:

Explanation: This is more of a clarification, since the interpretation of this passage has always been that registered voters can propose bills, idk why this says eligible...

CMA§III.A, Detainment and Rights of the Accused

i. Detainment: In the case that an individual is reasonably suspected of having committed a crime, they may be imprisoned by anyone within Mount Augusta, and may be held for no more than 7 days after they request a trial. If a trial is not held within 7 days of the request, the suspect shall be freed until the trial is held. These seven days will be counted as time served. Those pearled can make a request on either /r/MtAugusta[1] or /r/mtaugustajustice[2] . If the suspect does not request a trial within 7 days of being pearled, the court will proceed with a trial in absentia, following standard procedure for subreddit trials as outlined in Article III, sSection C, subpartsection iv of the Constitution.

vi. No person pearled by the State of Mount Augusta or turned over to the State of Mount Augusta shall have their pearl held in a location outside the borders of the State of Mount Augusta, excepting those pearls which have first undergone the process of extradition. Foreigners not wishing to request an extradition may request a trial of the pearled individual by the standards of Augustan law via the process outlined in Article III, sSection A, subpartsection v.

Explanation: Minor language changes.

CMA§III.H, Trials in Absentia

H. Trials in Absentia

i. In the case that a trial in absentia is held, the Message of the Day of the suspect's pearl must be set to link to the trial post, which shall contain information on how to enter a plea, present a defense, and request a retrial.

Explanation: I don't think there is motd on pearls anymore? This section is useless, it is also not reference anywhere else in the Constitution.

CMA§VIII.A, Ratification and Signing

i. This document will be publicly posted on the /r/MtAugusta subreddit. Commenters may declare that they have signed the document with their ingame name and reddit username, signifying their commitment to the fifth iteration of Mount Augusta and intent to participate. The signatories of the document will be automatically granted Augustan citizenship and voting rights, and will form the group of founding citizens. New signatories can sign the constitution for a period of 7 days.

Explanation: This law is never obeyed, because its very unconstitutional. So we'll be removing it.
