[Bill discussion] Recognition of foreign entities

Post Body

There is no consistent way for this city to recognise foreign entities, I feel as though this ought to change. We should be able to recognise states in a methodical approach. Provided that they have their land claims well defined, their laws openly available and mutually recognise our laws and constitution being applicable in our lands there ought not be an issue in doing this. At the present time it is quite arbitrary and up to the whims of the elected officials, this doesn't necessarily reflect the will of the citizens but also weakens our geopolitical position for there is no official means to open dialogue. I believe this is what is leading to all sorts of chaos and secession movements, by fortifying our position within other states we can then begin to combat this denial of sovereignty.

Maintaining a list with recognised claims along with a point of contact for each recognised entity will aid us immensely.
